   In order to process this form, you must have the idCAT Mòbil or a compatible device digital certificate

   If you sign the form as a legal entity, you need a digital certificate of representation or to be registered in Representa, the Electronic Representation Register.

   Instructions for filling in the form:

   1. The system will validate the data. If errors are detected or data is missing, the system will send you an error message.
   2. From the same form, you must attach the corresponding documentation. If you act as a representative and are not registered in Representa, you must attach the proof of representation documentation.
   3. To submit the form, you must sign with idCAT Mobile or digital certificate. If you have identified yourself digitally when starting the application, you can send the form without signing it.
   4. Once you have submitted the form, the system will generate a receipt (which contains, among other data, the identification code, the registration number, and the date and time of submission), certifying that the document has been correctly registered in the system.

   If you are unable to complete the procedure due to a system failure, please try again later.

   If the incident persists or you cannot wait to complete the procedure, you can:

   • Use the generic request form to contact the Ministry of Home Affairs and Public Safety.
   • Use the general application form that you will find on the website (or electronic office) of your city council or any other public administration. In this case, remember that the calculation of deadlines may vary and that you will have to wait a few days to be able to follow up the procedure from your Privat area.
   • Submit the documentation at a registry office. Check the list of offices, if you are an individual.

   In person

   If you need information or assistance to carry out the procedure, you can request an appointment at the Citizen Service Offices (OAC).

   Where you can carry out the procedure:

   • In the electronic registry of the Administration or of the body to which the documentation is addressed, as well as in the other registries of the General State Administration, of any autonomous community, of the local administration, or of the institutional public sector.
   • At the registration assistance offices and at any of the digitalisation and registry points of the Government of Catalonia.
   • At post offices. In this case, you should do the following:

   • Submit the original documents and the copies in an open envelope.
   • Request to have them sealed. This allows you to prove the submission date.

   • In the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad. Check the addresses.

   When will you receive the answer?

   Within a maximum period of 3 months from the submission of the application.

    

   What response will you receive?

   You will receive the action report from the Government of Catalonia’s Fire Brigade.

    

   How will you receive the response?

   You will receive an e-mail with the link to the notification. You can access it through the Private area or from the private area of the Canal Empresa.

   If you are an individual and have not agreed to receive electronic notifications, you will receive the notification by postal mail.
