What do you need to know?
La Meva Salut is a personal digital health space that allows the citizens of Catalonia to interact in a non-face-to-face way with the health system of Catalonia.
The father, mother or legal representative can request access to La Meva Salut for their sons, daughters and guardians. Between 16 and 18 years, it is necessary that minors authorize adults to access their space of La Meva Salut, since the age of majority in the health field is recognized from 16 years. You can also request access to La Meva Salut from adults for whom you have recognized legal responsibility.
La Meva Salut can be accessed from the web and also by downloading the app. It is available in Catalan, Spanish and Occitan-Saran.
Through La Meva Salut you can:
- Consult the medical history (reports, diagnoses and results of analyzes and tests).
- Make an appointment with the primary care center (CAP).
- Access the current medication plan and download the electronic prescription to go to the pharmacy.
- Consult the vaccines and other immunizations administered.
- Access the eConsultation to make health consultations to medical staff, nurses and other professionals of the primary care team; as well as carrying out procedures and sending documents.
Access to La Meva Salut is personal and non-transferable, although:
- The father, mother and legal guardian of minors under 18 years of age can request access to their La Meva Salut space.
- Between 16 and 17 years of age, in addition to requesting access, you must have the consent of the child to access it.
- When the child turns 18 he becomes an adult for all purposes and can no longer access his space of La Meva Salut.
- If you are legally responsible for an adult, you can also request access to the space of La Meva Salut of this person, after proving the status of legal responsible.
You have 4 days to create the password from the moment you request it in the primary care center. If you don't do it within that time frame, you'll need to ask for password regeneration. You can do it:
- On the Internet. You will receive an email and a code by SMS message.
- By phone at 061 (Salut Respon).
Authority responsible
People aged 16 and over who already have an individual health card (TSI).
You can request the password to enter La Meva Salut at any time.
To request the password in the primary care center (CAP) you must carry:
- The individual health card (TSI).
- The DNI, NIE or passport.
Have a mobile phone and an email.
There are no fees associated with this procedure.
