What do you need to know?
Aid for women victims of domestic violence with a certain income level and with particular difficulties finding work.
To apply for aid, you must prove that you have been a victim of gender-based violence, with a judgment, a court order of protection measures, a report from the Public Prosecutor's Office or official confirmation that you are a victim of gender-based violence.
The aid is equivalent to six months of unemployment benefit. In certain cases, the amount may be higher. It is paid as one lump sum.
You cannot apply for aid through a generic request.
You are not entitled to this aid if you receive unemployment benefit, guaranteed income or active insertion income (RAI), unemployment benefit for victims of gender violence or any other contributory benefit or allowance.
To women who are victims of violence perpetrated by their partner or ex-partner.
You can provide documentation at any time during the procedure.
You must have applied for aid.
You do not have to pay any fee for this procedure.
