What do you need to know?
La Meva Salut is a personal digital health space that allows the citizens of Catalonia to interact in a non-face-to-face way with the health system of Catalonia.
The father, mother or legal representative of minors may request access to La Meva Salut from their sons and daughters under the age of 18 and from guardians. Between 16 and 18 years, it is necessary that minors authorize adults to access their space in La Meva Salut, since the age of majority in the health field is recognized from 16 years. You can also request access to La Meva Salut from adults for whom you have recognized legal responsibility.
La Meva Salut, can be accessed from the web and also by downloading the app. It is available in Catalan, Spanish and Occitan-Saran.
Through La Meva Salut you can:
- Consult the medical history (reports, diagnoses and results of analyzes and tests).
- Make an appointment with the primary care center (CAP).
- Access the current medication plan and download the electronic prescription to go to the pharmacy.
- Consult the vaccines and other immunizations administered.
- Access the eConsultation to make health consultations to medical staff, nurses and other professionals of the primary care team; as well as doing paperwork and sending documents.
Access to La Meva Salut is personal and non-transferable, although:
- The father, mother and legal guardian of minors under 18 years and guardians can request access to their space of La Meva Salut.
- Between 16 and 17 years of age, in addition to requesting access, the consent of the child must be available to access it.
- When the child turns 18 he becomes an adult for all purposes and can no longer access his space of La Meva Salut.
- The legal responsible of an adult person, can also request access to the space of La Meva Salut of this person, after accrediting this legal responsibility.
- The right of a father or mother to access the Meva Salut of a minor son or daughter is automatically lost on the day the son or daughter reaches the age of 18.
- The right of a guardian to access La Meva Salut of a person for whom he has legal responsibility can be maintained beyond the age of 18, provided that the legal document accrediting this responsibility indicates it.

- To legal representatives of adults.
You can request it at any time.
To request access to La Meva Salut for a son or daughter or guardian, you must go in person to a primary care center (CAP) with the following documentation:
- Your individual health card (TSI).
- Your ID, NIE or passport.
- The individual health card (TSI) of your child under the age of 18 or of the person for whom you have legal responsibility.
- The family book or birth certificate of your son or daughter, if you request access to minor children.
- The documentation that proves that you are the guardian, tutor or legal responsible of the person from whom you request access to their space of La Meva Salut.
- To be 16 years of age or older.
- To have an individual health card (TSI) and your own identification system to access La Meva Salut: password, idCAT Mòbil, or digital certificate.
- To be a parent or legal representative of the minor or person for whom access to their La Meva Salut space is being requested.
No fees have to be paid for this procedure.
