What do you need to know?
You can regenerate your personal password to access La Meva Salut in the following cases:
If you already have a password and do not remember it.
If the password has expired.
If you did not create it when you received the email and PIN code by SMS.
Authority responsible
Persons aged 16 years and over who have an individual health card.
You can request this procedure at any time.
Your password has an expiration of one year. When the expiration date approaches, the system will show you notices and you will be notified in La Meva Salut to create a new password. If the period of one year has already passed when you enter La Meva Salut, it will ask you to change it.
To make the face-to-face request in the CAP you will have to bring:
- Your individual health card (TSI)
- Your ID or accrediting document
If you make the request online, you will only need to enter your ID number or accrediting document to activate the password regeneration process.
To reset or regenerate the password of La Meva Salut you must be in one of the following cases:
- Have a password and do not remember it.
- The password has expired.
- It was not created when you received it by email and the PIN code by SMS.
There are no associated fees in this procedure
You can request it online, by calling 061 Salut Respon and in the Primary Care Centers (CAP) of Catalonia.
Remember that you can also access lamevasalut.gencat.cat through a digital certificate.
