   To apply for a licence or permit, you’ll need to sign in using a digital certificate.

    

   Get it ready now to avoid any issues when the change takes effect.

    

   Certificates you can use:

   • idCAT (AOC)
   • DNI electrónico (DNIe)
   • FNMT – natural person (also for NIE/TIE)
   • Other qualified EU certificates (eIDAS)

   You can use the digital certificate from your country if it is integrated into the eIDAS system.

   You can also obtain the idCAT Mobile using your passport. Please note that this procedure requires at least 48 hours in advance.

   In person

   The application may be submitted at different locations:

   • Ministry of Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food in Barcelona (Gran Via)
   • Regional Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food (except Barcelona)
   • County offices of Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food offices
   • Public Service in Girona
   • By the means provided for in Article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of November 26, on the legal regime of public administrations and the common administrative procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the single derogatory provision of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of the public administrations.

   Video assistance is a citizen service that allows you to receive information and support for completing procedures online. The procedure is not completed on behalf of the citizen, but he receives assistance during the submission process.

   To receive video assistance, you need:

   • A computer (recommended), a tablet, or a mobile phone with a camera, microphone, and speakers.
   • Internet connection and a browser.
   • A mobile phone to receiv SMS.

   If you applied through this website, payment can be made by:

   1. Credit card. Automatically after the payment you will get the license. If not, go to Consultation, payment and reprint of hunting and fishing licenses and look for your document.
   2. Payment letter. After the payment, you will get, along with your receipt, a payment letter. You must print it and formalize the payment at any Caixabank ATM. When the Administration receives he proof of income (24 or 48 hours later) the license will be issued, viewed and printed from the website, section Consult, pay and reprint hunting and fishing licenses.

   In the event that, despite having paid for the license, it does not appear in the previous link, contact the Inland Fishing Service (pescacontinental@gencat.cat) indicating your name, surname, identity document, and date of birth of the licensee.

   In person

   1. Via the payment letter that can be obtained through the OVT. This document is valid for one month from the day of submitting the application.  It is to be submitted at any office of the Caja de Ahorros y Pensiones de Barcelona, 'La Caixa'. In order to print it, it is neccessary installing the free of charge Acrobat Reader software.
   2. Via dataphone, at the different offices of the bodies that issue the licenses.

   As the tax is paid by credit card, the license is available at the link Payment, consultation or reprinting, Step 2.

   For the taxes RM and RD, free of charge, after receiving an e-mail notification, the license will be available at the link Payment, consultation or reprinting, Step 2.

   • RM: recreational license for minors. No fees.
   • RD: recreational license for disabled people. No fees for people who prove they are in any of the disability situations described in the Fees section.
