What do you need to know?

What is it?

Among other things, the Official Register of Pesticide Establishments and Services (ROESP) registers all establishments selling pesticides, except those that sell only the following products:

  1. Disinfectants for clinical or pharmaceutical material or clinical or surgical environments
  2. Pesticides for personal hygiene
  3. Products subject to checks on veterinary pharmaceuticals
  4. Pesticides authorised for domestic use
  5. Pesticides authorised for domestic external garden use

    It may be submitted in several places:

    • Ministry of Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food in Barcelona (Gran Via)
    • Regional Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food (except Barcelona)                        
    • County offices of Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food offices                     
    • Public Service in Girona
    • By the means provided for in Article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of November 26, on the legal regime of public administrations and the common administrative procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the single derogatory provision of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of the public administrations.
