- A change of address cannot result in the authorisation being domiciled in an Autonomous Community other than that in which it was originally granted.
- Private hire vehicle authorisations must be domiciled at the place indicated on the vehicle registration certificate.
- To have no outstanding penalties for infringements of transport legislation imposed by a final ruling terminating the administrative procedure.
- Payment of the corresponding fee.

To complete the procedure, you must meet the electronic identification and signature requirements (remember that the idCAT certificate and the electronic DNI are also accepted as digital certificates).
When filling in the information requested, you must enter the code ‘Procedure code (ID)’ on page 1 of the sing-in acknowledgment receipt under ‘Fee payment receipt number’, as shown in this example. If the subsequent check flags an error, please contact your Regional Transport Service. -

If you entered your details correctly when you submitted your application on the e-portal of the Ministry, the Administration will send you an SMS message and an email informing you that your authorisation has been granted.
