Applications are processed online through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry responsible for transport. To complete the procedure, you must meet the electronic identification and signature requirements (remember that the idCAT certificate and the electronic DNI are also accepted as digital certificates).
When filling in the information requested, you must enter the code ‘Procedure code (ID)’ on page 1 of the acknowledgement of receipt under ‘Fee payment receipt number’, as shown in this example. If the subsequent check flags an error, please contact your Regional Transport Service. -

If you entered your details correctly when you submitted your application on the e-portal of the Ministry of Transports, the Administration will send you an SMS message and an email informing you that your permit has been granted.
