- Application for deregistration, signed digitally by the holder, if they are not the person submitting the application to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda.
- The permit must not have an attachment record.
- To have no outstanding penalties for infringements of transport legislation imposed by a final ruling in an administrative procedure.

To complete the procedure, you must meet the electronic identification and signature requirements (remember that the idCAT certificate and the electronic DNI are also accepted as digital certificates).
If you are the representative of the person holding the permit, you must be registered as a representative before making the application.

If you entered your details correctly when you submitted your application to the Ministry website, the Administration will send you a text message and an email to let you know that your permit has been granted.
