What do you need to know?
This permit allows the holder to transport goods on behalf of a third party in exchange for financial remuneration in a vehicle with a maximum authorised weight of between 2 tonnes and 3.5 tonnes exclusively within the territory of Catalonia.

This procedure can only be completed online. Documents provided via another channel will not be taken into account or considered for the purposes of the submission date.

- Original cards of the permits to be deregistered. The originals must be taken to the relevant offices in the region in which the permits are in force.
- Deregistration application, signed digitally by the holder, when the holder is not the person submitting the application to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda.
- Have a permit for transporting goods.
- Have no outstanding penalties for infringements of transport legislation imposed by a final ruling in an administrative procedure;
- The permit must not have an attachment record.

If you entered your details correctly when you submitted your application on the website of the Ministry, and if the application and the attached documents are correct, you will be sent an email indicating that your permit has been granted, in accordance with the legislation in force.
