   • to be informed of and oppose the reasons why your request was rejected
   • to urge that appropriate measures be taken if you do not agree with the decision taken
   • to explain why you consider that the response does not comply with the requirements:
   • The unit that issued the response.
   • The decision that was taken.
   • If applicable, the accessible information requested.
   • If applicable, the estimated time and the unit responsible for implementing measures to correct a possible non-compliance, if such measures cannot be adopted immediately.
   • The unit to which you can appeal and the procedure by which you can submit the appeal.

   

   You can only do this in person if you are a private individual. Self-employed workers, professionals, companies, institutions and other groups must carry out the procedure online. When you send the form, you must identify yourself with idCAT Mobile or a digital certificate issued to an individual or legal entity.

   In the request, indicate the following data:

   • Subject: Claim of the request for accessible information or complaint
   • Expose and request: Explain the reasons why you consider that the answer does not meet the requirements, indicating:
     The unit that emits the answer.
     The decision that has been taken.
     If applicable, the information requested is accessible.
     If applicable, the estimated period and the unit responsible for carrying out the measures to correct a possible breach, if they cannot be adopted immediately.
     The unit to which the claim can be made and the procedure by which the claim can be made.

   The subject and subtopic fields must be left blank.

   In person

   The form can be submitted in any of the places and by the means established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the common administrative procedure of public administrations. If you choose to present the form at a Post Office, it must be made in an open envelope so that the application can be dated and stamped by the Post Office official before being certified.
