What do you need to know?
In order for the Administration to authorise the use of water resources, the water must first be declared as mineral.
Both the declaration of the mineral status of water and the subsequent authorisation for its use must be requested when carrying out activities involving the extraction, bottling and commercialisation of natural mineral and spring water; the use of mineral-medicinal and thermal water for therapeutic purposes in a spa; and the extraction and commercialisation of the substances contained in the water.
This procedure can only be completed online. Any documentation submitted through other channels will not be taken into account, nor will it be considered for the purposes of determining the submission date.
The mining authority will proceed to take samples over twelve consecutive months for a full physicochemical and microbiological analysis of the waters for which the declaration is requested.

Monthly water analysis
Regarding the water analysis, it must include:
Microbiological analysis of the water
This analysis must be carried out at the spring source and must include:
- Demonstration of the absence of parasites and pathogenic microorganisms.
- Total count of viable microorganisms indicative of faecal contamination:
- Absence of Escherichia coli and other coliform bacteria in 250 millilitres at 37°C and 44.5°C.
- Absence of faecal streptococci in 250 millilitres.
- Absence of sporulated sulphite-reducing anaerobes in 50 millilitres.
- Absence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in 250 millilitres.
- Total count of viable microorganisms per millilitre of water:
- Incubated between 20°C and 22°C for 72 hours on agar plates.
- Incubated at 37°C for 24 hours on agar plates.
Physical, chemical and physicochemical analyses and studies
This analysis must determine:
- The flow rate of the spring.
- The water temperature at the emergence points and the ambient temperature.
- The relationship between the geological characteristics of the terrain and the nature and type of mineralisation.
- Dry residue at 180°C and 260°C.
- Electrical conductivity or resistivity, specifying the temperature at which the measurement was taken.
- Hydrogen ion concentration (pH).
- Anions and cations.
- Non-ionised elements.
- Trace elements.
- Radioactivity at the spring source.
- Toxicity of specific water components, taking into account the limits established for each of them.
The analytical report must include all parameters specified in the annexes of Royal Decree 1798/2010, as amended by Royal Decree 314/2016.

Podeu pagar en el moment d'enviar el formulari:
- Quan envieu el formulari, després d'emplenar-lo, apareix un enllaç des del qual podreu pagar l'import amb targeta bancària.
També podeu pagar més tard:
- Des de 'l'Àrea privada', si tens identificació digital. Seleccioneu el tràmit i feu el pagament.
- Des de 'l’Estat de les meves gestions', si no teniu identificació digital. Introduïu el codi de tràmit (ID) de la confirmació de recepció, el número d'identificació (NIF, NIE, etc.) i seguiu les instruccions de l'apartat 'Pagaments'.
Pagament amb carta de pagament
Podeu descarregar la carta de pagament si entreu al detall del tràmit des de 'l’Àrea privada' o des de l'opció 'Estat de les meves gestions', i desplegueu l'apunt de pagament. També hi pot haver tràmits que incloguin la carta de pagament al rebut de recepció, a la segona pàgina.
Presencialment
- Encara que no sigueu usuari de CaixaBank, podeu fer el pagament a través d'un caixer. Pagueu amb la targeta VISA, Maestro o Mastercard.
- Si sou usuaris de CaixaBank, podeu anar a un caixer i des del lector de codi de barres podeu posar directament el que apareix a la carta de pagament.
Per internet
Des de la pàgina de pagaments de CaixaBank, podeu pagar amb el codi RIN (un número que hi ha a sota del codi de barres corresponent a la liquidació). Aquest número apareix a la carta de pagament i s'emet amb l’acusament de rebuda un cop envieu el formulari.

Pagament amb Bizum
Podeu triar aquesta forma de pagament quan envieu el formulari i cal que tingueu el mòbil a mà.
La plataforma us sol·licitarà el número de telèfon que tingueu associat al compte bancari al qual voleu carregar l’import.
Un cop introduïu el número de telèfon, premeu el botó ‘Continuar amb la compra’. Si escau, haureu d’autoritzar l’operació amb la vostra app bancària.

Quan es rep la resposta de l'Administració?
Un cop l'Adminsitració ha pres i avaluat les mostres d'aigua corresponents i s'han fet les actuacions corresponents per part de l'Administració, es pot emetre una resolució en el termini de tres mesos a comptar des de l'última mostra que es pren de l'aigua i si no hi ha hagut cap actuació que hagi interromput aquest termini.
Si en aquest termini no ha hagut una resposta es pot entendre que la sol·licitud ha estat desestimada per silenci administratiu.
Quina resposta es rep?
La persona titular del Departament d'Empresa i Coneixement emetrà una resolució amb la declaració de la condició de l'aigua.
Com es rep la resposta?
Es rep una notificació electrònica. Es pot accedir al contingut a través del servei e-NOTUM.
Es pot presentar un recurs si no s'està d'acord?
La resolució exhaureix la via administrativa. Contra aquesta resolució es pot presentar potestativament un recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictada o ser impugnada davant l'ordre jurisdiccional contenciós administratiu, d'acord amb el que estableixen els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 77 de la llei 26/2010, de 3 d'agost, de règim jurídic i de procediment de les administracions públiques de Catalunya.
