To carry out its activity throughout the Spanish territory, it will be sufficient to present a responsible declaration, prior to the start of the activity, in which it declares that it meets the technical requirements required by regulation before the General Directorate of Building Quality and Housing Rehabilitation of the Housing Agency of Catalonia, in the event that it has its registered office in the territory of Catalonia.
Self-employed individuals, professionals, companies, entities and other groups must process online. Documentation provided through another channel will not be taken into account or counted for the purposes of the submission date.

This procedure can be requested at any time.
In the event of wanting to cancel the registration as a building quality control entity, and therefore cancel all the responsible declarations presented by it, it is necessary to submit the corresponding cancellation request.
