What do you need to know?
This procedure can only be completed online.
If you are applying on your own behalf, you must identify yourself using idCAT Mòbil or a digital certificate.
If you submit the application as a legal entity, a digital representation certificate is required.
It can be submitted at any time, but must be done within a maximum period of one month from the moment the activity ceases.
- Be registered in the Register of Environmental and Food Health Laboratories of Catalonia.
This procedure is free.
The health authority may carry out the necessary checks to verify that the declared data is correct and that the requirements set by the applicable legislation are met.

- Fill in the online form.
- Attach the documentation indicated in the Documentation section, if applicable.
- Submit the form and sign it digitally.
Once you have correctly submitted the form, you will receive a registration receipt with the procedure identification code.
With this code, you can check the status of your application through the Private Area.
If there is any incorrect data or required information missing, the system will notify you before you submit the form.

Receive the response from the Administration

When will I receive the response?
You will not receive any response. The procedure is considered completed with the Administration upon submission of the communication.
The Business Management Office will automatically cancel the data in the Register of Environmental and Food Health Laboratories at the same time the communication of cessation of the laboratory’s analytical activity is submitted.
