What is it?

The Official Register of Pesticide Establishments and Services (ROESP) registers all establishments, natural persons and legal entities that manufacture, store, sell or use pesticides.

  • Servei de Sanitat Vegetal
Who is it for?
Companies and professionals
  • Pesticide warehouses
  • Establishments based in Catalonia that manufacture, store or sell pesticides or that provide related treatment services in dedicated installations.
  • Anyone providing pesticide application services who is headquartered in Catalonia.
  • Natural persons and legal entities that manufacture, import or distribute pesticides that are headquartered, but have no establishments, in Catalonia.
Deadlines

Registrations must be renewed during the two months leading up to their expiry.

    • Ministry of Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food in Barcelona (Gran Via)
    • Regional Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food (except Barcelona)                        
    • County offices of Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food offices                      
    • Public Service in Girona
    • By the means provided for in Article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of November 26, on the legal regime of public administrations and the common administrative procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the single derogatory provision of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of the public administrations.
