What do you need to know?
What is it?
The Official Register of Pesticide Establishments and Services (ROESP) registers all establishments, natural persons and legal entities that manufacture, store, sell or use pesticides. Register entries shall remain valid for ten years from the time of inclusion or renewal. The head of the establishment or service may apply for registration renewal during the two months leading up to expiry of the related registration.
Who is it for?
Companies and professionals
- Establishments based in Catalonia that manufacture, store or sell pesticides or that provide related treatment services in dedicated installations.
- Anyone providing pesticide application services who is headquartered in Catalonia.
- Natural persons and legal entities that manufacture, import or distribute pesticides that are headquartered, but have no establishments, in Catalonia.
Deadlines
Registrations can be renewed at any time.
