   This service is only available in person if you have a plantation for self-consumption in the Register of Fruit Plantations of Catalonia (A0920-DO3).

   All holders of agricultural holdings are required to submit the Single Agricultural Declaration (DUN); the box Declaration of the Register of fruit plantations of Catalonia must be ticked.

   In person

   It is possible either to request inclusion preferentially using the Single Agricultural Declaration (DUN) or directly to the Registry of Sweet Fruit Plantations.

   This form is used to request inclusion on Catalonia's Registry of Sweet Fruit Plantations, modify the details that it contains or remove plots from it. It is only possible for a single form to cover changes to plots that are of the same type. For example, if the aim is to request the inclusion of two plots and modify the details of three others, two forms will need to be submitted: one for the inclusions requests and another for the modifications.
   It is possible to submit the details of five plots that are in the same situation per form. In the case of submitting information relating to more than five plots that are in the same situation, one form per five plots must be submitted.
   Forms may be submitted in the following places:

   • Regional Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food (except Barcelona)
   • Ministry of Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food in Barcelona (Gran Via)
   • County offices of the Ministry of Agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food 
   • They may also submitted in any of the various ways for which there is provision in article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November.

   How and when is notification of the decision issued?
   The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food will inform proprietors and/or owners of sweet fruit plantations of their inclusion on the registry, as well as informing them of all their details that are included. Proprietors and/or owners have a period of 15 days in which to verify, complete or correct the details that have been included on the registry.
   It is possible to appeal against any decisions relating to inclusion on the registry using the normal means for which there is provision in the legislation governing administrative procedure.
