What do you need to know?
The aim of this registry is identify and locate all of Catalonia's sweet fruit plantations, as well as determining what characteristics may affect their productive potential: area, species, variety, rootstock, planting system, training system, irrigation system and year of planting.
Inclusion on the registry is an essential requirement in order to benefit from the grants that have been set up to aid sweet fruit production.
This service is only available in person if you have a plantation for self-consumption.
All holders of agricultural holdings are required to submit the Single Agricultural Declaration (DUN); the box Declaration of the Register of fruit plantations of Catalonia must be ticked. Documentation you provide through another channel will not be considered or computed for filing date purposes.

The deadline for providing information relating to changes is the 30 June following establishment of the new plantation.
There are no fees associated with this procedure.
The obligations conveyed by inclusion on the Registry of Sweet Fruit Plantations are as follows:
- Providing information relating to any changes to fruit-cultivation plots (by the 30 June following the modification). Replanting or changing variety is considered a change to the fruit-cultivation plot.
- Informing the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development of the removal of fruit-cultivation plots from the registry when they fail and are not replanted (by the 30 June following the crop failure).
- Informing the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development of any change in ownership that occurs. This must be done by the new owner, giving the registry number of the fruit-cultivation plots.
