Registration can be requested at any time.
You must be registered in the Registry to act as an interest group before the following figures:

There are no fees for this process.

- Appear before public officials, authorities and employees as an interest group recorded in the Registry.
- Be included on mailing lists to receive automatic alerts on procedures, acts and public consultations regarding the activities or initiatives related to the interest group’s concerns as listed on the registration declarations or subsequent amendments.
- Make a record of their contribution in public consultations as interest groups included in the Registry.
- Before the application can be processed, the submission must be signed with a supported digital certificateor through IdCat Mòbil. Applications must include a statement of responsibility. Signing the declaration implies acceptance of the code of conduct and the obligations associated with registration.
- If the body overseeing the Registry becomes aware of an error or omission in the application, it will send a formal request for information to the person concerned and give them a period of 10 working days to correct the issue. In the event that the request is not complied with or the information provided is insufficient, the Registry administration will consider this as a withdrawal of the application on the part of the person concerned and a ruling formalising this fact will be issued, in accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of Act 39/2015, of 1 October, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. This is without prejudice to the fact that the interest group may submit a new request to the Registry at any time, if they wish to do so.
