What do you need to know?
Individuals or legal entities wishing to start an activity, modify, or deregister an automobile repair workshop must submit a responsible declaration to the Administration stating that they meet the required requirements.
This procedure can only be completed online. The documentation submitted through any other channel will not be taken into account and will not be considered for the purpose of determining the submission date.
To ensure that you are using the latest version of the forms when processing your application, you must download them each time you need to use them. If you reuse the documents on other occasions, you may end up submitting an outdated version.
If the location of an automobile repair workshop changes, the workshop must be deregistered at the current location and a responsible declaration for the start of activity at the new location must be submitted.
In the event of a change of ownership of a workshop, the former owner must submit a responsible declaration of deregistration and the new owner must submit a responsible declaration for the start of the workshop’s activity.

The responsible declaration may be submitted at any time.
There are no fees associated with this procedure.

This procedure can only be completed online.
- In the case of individuals or legal entities that own the workshops, you must identify yourself when submitting the form using idCAT Mobile or a digital certificate for:
- Individual person
- Legal entity
- In the case of intermediaries (trade associations, agents, etc.), you must sign the main form with a digital certificate for:
- Individual person
- Legal entity
- Person linked to an organisation with authority to act as a representative.

If you are unable to complete the procedure due to a system issue, try again later.
Alternatively, if the issue persists and you cannot wait to complete the procedure, you can use the general request form available on the website or the electronic office of your local council (or any other public administration). In this case, please note that the calculation of deadlines may vary and you will have to wait a few days before you can track the procedure through the “Private Area”.

El tràmit es considera efectuat davant l’Administració en el moment que es registra la declaració a Canal Empresa. Un cop enviat el formulari, Canal Empresa donarà un número d’identificació de la declaració i un número de registre d’entrada. A més, es generarà un acusament de rebuda que es podrà descarregar en qualsevol moment des de l'Àrea privada.
Un cop rebudes les dades i efectuades les comprovacions oportunes, l’Administració emetrà el certificat acreditatiu de la inscripció del taller en el Registre d’agents de la seguretat industrial de Catalunya. Aquest certificat es podrà consultar i descarregar accedint a l'Àrea privada de Canal Empresa o bé a través de la secció “Estat de les meves gestions” d’aquest mateix portal.
