The communication must be submitted at least 15 days before the amendment takes effect.
Amendments to protocols
- A document with up-to-date information on the delivery protocols for medicinal products for human use not subject to medical prescription.
For modifications in the domain
- The certificate of ownership of the domain.
- To have authorization to sell non-prescription medicines for human use over the Internet.
- The notified changes must not imply non-compliance with any of the requirements established in the initial notification procedure.
