When a forest fire can affect housing developments or isolated houses, warnings and information may be received from different systems:
- Mobile megaphone, through the order and emergency vehicles, especially in urban developments.
- Means for reporting fires, especially autonomous and local. As well as Twitter accounts of emergencies, 112, Fire Brigade and the civil protection channel of the gencat app for iOS and Android.
- Personal, direct (door to door) or telephone warnings, to mass developments and isolated houses.
- Other technical systems can be implemented such as warning sirens.
