The year 2024 will feature 13 Catalan national holidays, to which the city councils will be able to add two local holidays.
The following are national holidays in Catalonia during 2024:
- January 1 (Monday) New Year's Eve
- January 6 (Saturday) Three Kings' Day.
- March 29 (Friday) Good Friday.
- April 1 (Monday) Easter.
- May 1 (Wednesday) Labor Day.
- June 24 (Monday) Saint John's Eve.
- August 15 (Thursday) Assumption.
- September 11 (Wednesday) National Day of Catalonia.
- October 12 (Saturday) National Holiday of Spain.
- November 1 (Friday) All Saints' Day.
- December 6 (Friday) Constitution Day.
- December 25 (Wednesday) Christmas.
- December 26 (Thursday) Saint Stephen.
In the territory of Aran, the celebration of 26 December (Saint Stephen) is replaced by a holiday on 17 June (Aran Day).
