ACCIÓ is endowed with an ethical structure, understood as a set of preventive instruments that are interrelated with each other and configured to promote and disseminate the Organization’s ethical conduct and mitigate the risk of committing certain criminal behaviors.
Our Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics and Conduct, approved by the Board of Directors, seeks to specify and develop the principles and values established in the different regulations on public ethics, and to regulate rules of conduct to prevent and detect any irregular activity by its personnel or the entities ACCIÓ is involved in or related to.
Anti-Corruption and Crime Prevention Policy
The Anti-Corruption and Crime Prevention Policy, approved by the Board of Directors, is an essential tool for the early prevention of corruption risks within the Organization, establishing the limits and procedures applicable in said circumstances which, by their very nature, entail a greater risk of being regarded as contrary to its ethical principles, as defined in the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Ethical Channel
ACCIÓ implements an ethical channel for the formulation of reports to inform the Head of the Internal Reporting System of any irregularities or breaches of its Code of Ethics and Conduct and Ethical Structure, as well as any serious or very serious criminal or administrative infractions.

Internal Reporting System Policy
As an expression of its commitment to ethical values and good practices in matters of compliance, integrity and transparency, as well as its will to promote a culture of information and communication as a mechanism to prevent and detect irregularities as early as possible and immediately proceed to their effective processing, ACCIÓ’s Board of Directors, within the framework of the application of Law 2/2023, of February 20, governing the protection of people who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, implements an Internal Reporting System Policy that establishes the general principles and guidelines of the System.
