The aim of the project is to facilitate mutual knowledge, bring together capabilities, knowledge and experience on a cross-border scale and generate synergies between the actors involved in the hydrogen value chain; develop a shared vision on a cross-border scale about the needs and opportunities around the hydrogen value chain; and, promote inter-institutional cooperation and public-private initiatives for the deployment of the hydrogen economy and the exploitation of its potential on a cross-border scale.
ACCIÓ participates in this proposal as a partner and will contribute to the following actions:
- Actor mapping and interactive web tool (database and BBPP).
- Business forum and expert seminars.
- Analysis of obstacles to cross-border cooperation in the field of H2.
- Proposal to deploy a network of hydrogen stations in the territory.
- Analysis of the potential impact of the incorporation of hydrogen in the field of logistics operations and heavy transport.
- Diagnosis of needs in the field of H2 training in the Pyrenees.
- Cross-border memorandum of understanding in favour of the deployment of the H2 economy.
- Design of a Work Plan to promote development initiatives of the H2 value chain in the Pyrenees.
- Analysis of transition opportunities in the hydrocarbons sector.
ACCIÓ will also participate in all the activities in the context of this project that serve to advance and prepare proposals to promote the Hydrogen Valley of the Pyrenees, where we expect direct participation.
