You may go to any police station (stations, police offices, citizens’ help bureaux, etc.) to place a report and to carry out any procedure requiring police intervention.
In cases of petty theft, burglaries from a house, shop or from a car and robbery, a report can be filed by Internet. However, a report cannot be filed by Internet if it involves physical violence or if the victim has seen the offenders or is able to identify them.
Once the report has been filed by Internet and you have entered the details, you must sign a copy within 72 hours at any police station. Remember that you must state the reference of your report at the police station.
