In the Schengen area, people arriving from Ukraine are in a regular situation for 90 days. Therefore, they have time to ask for the documentation.
The Resolution on Temporary Protection of Displaced Persons gives access to a residence permit, work permit and other social rights for a period of one year, extendable to three years.
To get the documentation, you need to make an appointment at one of the designated centres.
