Registration of processing activities

The registration of processing activities collects information regarding processing under the responsibility of the Business Competitiveness Agency, ACCIÓ, and includes, for each processing, the following information:

• Name and contact details of the person responsible for processing and of the Data Protection Officer.
• Purposes of processing.
• Description of the categories of interested parties and of personal data.
• Categories of people to whom personal data may be forwarded.
• International data transfers.
• Expected deadlines for deleting data.
• General description of the technical and organizational security measures.
• Legal basis enabling the processing.
