What do you need to know?
The financial inspectors of the Generalitat de Catalunya are empowered to carry out inspection functions for savings banks, credit cooperatives, insurance intermediaries, and other private credit or financial entities, with the purpose of determining their solvency status and verifying compliance with the applicable regulations.
This procedure can only be completed online. Any documentation submitted through another channel will not be taken into account or considered valid for determining the submission date.
For tax procedures, you must use the online processing service available through the ATC electronic headquarters.
- To mutual benefit societies and other insurance entities.
- To private insurance and reinsurance intermediaries.
- To the credit sections of cooperatives.
You may submit it at any time, although the Financial Inspection Department determines the deadline for submitting the information in each case.
In the form for submitting the information (available in Step 1, Submit), you must attach the information required to carry out the inspection.
This procedure is free of charge.
