If you have received a penalty for an infraction related to equal treatment and non-discrimination, you can request a reduction in the amount.
- 20% off if you pay in advance
- 20% if you acknowledge that you are responsible for the facts
- 40% if you pay in advance and acknowledge that you are responsible for the facts.
You cannot request a reduction in the penalty if you have received the decision on the penalty procedure.
If you are an individual, you can do this procedure in person. We recommend that you request an appointment so you do not have to wait. You can also apply online.
If you are not an individual, you can only do it online.
You must use the specific form that you will find in this procedure.
You must make a request for each penalty case.

To individuals, companies or entities that have committed an infraction related to equal treatment and non-discrimination and that receive notice that a case to impose a penalty has been brought against them or a proposal has been made to decide the case.
10 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days), starting from the day after the date of notice of the case being initiated or a proposed decision.
You do not have to pay any fee for this procedure.

Pay the fine with the discount
You must pay the fine within 10 business days, starting the day after notification of the payment letter, through the following channels:

- CaixaBank’s website for tax and bill payments. Enter the data contained in the payment letter.
- In person, at a CaixaBank ATM.
If you request the 40% or 20% discount to pay in advance, you will receive notice of the decision that ends the procedure once you have paid.
