What do you need to know?
License for the practice of collective non-professional recreational fishing (groups of up to 10 people or groups of more than 10 people) in the waters of the entire Spanish territory.
The license has a validity of one to four years.

Authority responsible
A cualquier ciudadano o entidad.
It can be applied for at any time.
Documentation to be attached to the application
- The ID card of the applicant.
- The NIF of the organisation and ID card of the administrator.
- Spanish maritime registry and seaworthiness certificate or registration certificate.
- Copy of the boat insurance, where, at least, the summary of coverage regarding the civil liability and accident policy, as well as the current bank receipts.
- The fees for a one-year license are:
- Up to 10 people: €124,75
- More than 10 people: €249,25
- The fees for a two-year license are:
- Up to 10 people: €249,25
- More than 10 people: €498,20
- The fees for a three-year license are:
- Up to 10 people: € 373,70
- More than 10 people: €747,10
- The fees for a four-year license are:
- Up to 10 people: €498,20
- More than 10 people: €996,00

When the application and documentation have been received:- The payment letter is sent by email.
- The documentation is checked. If something is missing, you will receive a documentation request.
- When the documentation is completed, you will receive the signed resolution.
