The Department of Health can concede the recognition of sanitary interest to the formative congressional activities and activities addressed in professional to the institutions that request it of the sanitary system of Catalonia.

Authority responsible

You can request it in any moment but you will have to make it with a minimum anticipation in three months to the celebration of the activity.
Of the entity:
- Having legal status and being legally
Of the congressional activity or of continued formation:
- Being addressed to sanitary and non sanitary professionals who work in the system of health of Catalonia
- Not exceeding 100 hours of duration.
- Having as an objective to promote the diffusion of the sciences and the techniques related with the health and in general to improve the professional competence.
Of the teaching staff and other professionals who intervene in the formation:
- Having the necessary professional qualification in accordance with the contents that they have to impart and with the professionals who they address.
You do not have to pay any rate for this formality.
The recognition of sanitary interest on the part of the Department of Health entails being able to use the mentioned title in the documentation after the denomination of the event.
They will be an object of conditioned recognition:
- The activities related with the computer science whenever professional deis of the sanitary system are addressed to the utilization of software specific to use on part.
- The activities related with the stress, the self-supervision or the psychological orientation whenever patients are directed to the care and the deis
Activities that cannot be recognized as activities of sanitary interest:
- The activities related with the education of languages.
- The activities related with the natural therapies and you would complement unless the contents of the formation address themselves to practical applications in which the scientific evidence can be demonstrated.

If you are a juridical person, you have to send the form through a digital certificate of representation. If you make it in proper noun, you can send it through mobile idCAT or digital certificate.

Confirming the made procedure
If the request has been sent correctly, the receipt of register appears to the screen (at Adobe Acrobat to open it). You will receive a notification to través d'e-NOTUM.
Can I present a resource?
Yes, in the deadline of a month to count from the reception of the notification, an appeal can be interposed before the titular person of the General Secretary's Office of the Department of Health.
