The Intellectual and Industrial Property Advisory Service features a number of initiatives to facilitate and support companies and organisations in their innovation protection strategy.

1. Self-diagnosis test. To what extent has your company worked on intellectual property? This online test will allow you to know the current state of protection of your innovation and will give you some initial guidelines to take the first steps. Test yourself!
2. Initial guidance and advice. Advising the company on the most appropriate way to protect its innovation: assessing the best strategy for protecting knowledge, support in processing the registration or maintenance of rights or support in the application process.
3. Strategic diagnosis of industrial and intellectual property management. Using a methodology created by ACCIÓ, the company will receive a detailed report on the management of its intangible assets and a proposal for future actions to improve innovation and knowledge management.
4. Awareness-raisingand training workshops. ACCIÓ organises awareness-raising sessions and seminars on industrial and intellectual property aimed at improving knowledge and its management.
