Outside of these hours, the grant application form can be registered at any post office, following the instructions set out below:
To have proof of submitting the documents, they must be sent by “administrative mail”, delivering to Correos (post offices) the original grant application form, which the post office will stamp with the delivery date. Once registered, you will need to follow the steps indicated in order to forward this documentation to ACCIÓ.
It is important to note that the receipt by Correos of correspondence addressing administrative offices are subject to the following requirements: they must be submitted in an unsealed envelope, the Correos staff will affix the official stamp with the corresponding date at the top left-hand side of the main page, then the sender will seal the envelope and will be given on receipt.
Should you wish to have a record of the presentation of the documents at Correos, along with the original documentation you will need to submit a copy of the first sheet of the correspondence for the same stamp to be affixed thereto.
