Tecniospring, the international talent program by ACCIÓ, is offering tech companies and centers the opportunity to develop transforming projects by hiring qualified R&D personnel. A unique opportunity to connect companies and researchers, to attract talent, and to foster international cooperation.
In its different stages since 2013 (Tecniospring, Tecniospring+, and Tecniospring INDUSTRY), the program has been allocated a budget of 29 million euros and has enabled 150 companies to hire almost 200 researchers from 35 nationalities.
The initiative is part of the European Commission’s Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions and is in line with the RIS3CAT strategy and the Europe 2020 Strategy.
The Tecniospring program has boosted the careers of 196 researchers, who have been able to develop applied research projects in tech companies and centers. To learn more about their experience, we have asked companies and researchers about the impact that Tecniospring has had on their lives.
After almost a decade promoting innovation and matching researchers with companies, the program has had considerable benefits. Not only has it provided support to research professionals in finding the best routes towards the marketplace, but it has also boosted the tech sector in Catalonia and abroad, with outstanding results in product development.
Below are four actual projects that were carried out through the Tecniospring INDUSTRY program:
