What do you need to know?
Companies responsible for carrying out special blasting operations require administrative authorization and must be registered. This registration is valid for one year and applies throughout the national territory. The authorization must be requested from the competent authority of the territorial district where the company has its registered office, and a certificate must be provided from the competent mining authority stating that the company meets the following requirements:
- Possess adequate technical equipment and internal safety procedures for handling explosives for the types of blasting for which it seeks registration.
- Have civil liability coverage through an insurance policy.
- Employ at least one person holding an artillery certificate.
- Have mining graduates if required, depending on the type of blasting.
This procedure can only be completed online. Any documentation submitted through another channel will not be taken into consideration or counted for the purposes of the submission date.

Special blasting operations are considered to include the following:
- Large-scale blasting: These are those which, due to local geological characteristics, geometry, relative volume, and maximum instantaneous charge, require additional preventive measures beyond those required for conventional blasting.
- Underwater blasting: Blasting carried out in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, or at sea, and which, due to their proximity, may affect populated areas.
- Demolition: Demolition of buildings and structures in general that are close to urban areas.
- Blasting with special risks: These are operations that may affect urban areas, industrial facilities, transport routes, transport systems, dams, water reservoirs, and storage of hazardous substances.
- Blasting near electrical installations: Those carried out near power generation facilities, transformation stations, and electricity transmission and distribution networks.
- Blasting near wave-emitting installations: These are those close to radio stations, television stations, radar installations, or high-frequency transmitters.

Podeu pagar en el moment d'enviar el formulari:
- Quan envieu el formulari, després d'emplenar-lo, apareix un enllaç des del qual podreu pagar l'import amb targeta bancària.
També podeu pagar més tard:
- Des de 'l'Àrea privada', si tens identificació digital. Seleccioneu el tràmit i feu el pagament.
- Des de 'l’Estat de les meves gestions', si no teniu identificació digital. Introduïu el codi de tràmit (ID) de la confirmació de recepció, el número d'identificació (NIF, NIE, etc.) i seguiu les instruccions de l'apartat 'Pagaments'.
Pagament amb carta de pagament
Podeu descarregar la carta de pagament si entreu al detall del tràmit des de 'l’Àrea privada' o des de l'opció 'Estat de les meves gestions', i desplegueu l'apunt de pagament. També hi pot haver tràmits que incloguin la carta de pagament al rebut de recepció, a la segona pàgina.
Presencialment
- Encara que no sigueu usuari de CaixaBank, podeu fer el pagament a través d'un caixer. Pagueu amb la targeta VISA, Maestro o Mastercard.
- Si sou usuaris de CaixaBank, podeu anar a un caixer i des del lector de codi de barres podeu posar directament el que apareix a la carta de pagament.
Per internet
Des de la pàgina de pagaments de CaixaBank, podeu pagar amb el codi RIN (un número que hi ha a sota del codi de barres corresponent a la liquidació). Aquest número apareix a la carta de pagament i s'emet amb l’acusament de rebuda un cop envieu el formulari.
Si teniu problemes per obrir l'enllaç per pagar amb Internet Explorer, us recomanem fer servir un altre navegador. Pot haver-hi problemes de compatibilitat amb el web que t'impedeixin veure el contingut.
Pagament amb Bizum
Podeu triar aquesta forma de pagament quan envieu el formulari i cal que tingueu el mòbil a mà.
La plataforma us sol·licitarà el número de telèfon que tingueu associat al compte bancari al qual voleu carregar l’import.
Un cop introduïu el número de telèfon, premeu el botó ‘Continuar amb la compra’. Si escau, haureu d’autoritzar l’operació amb la vostra app bancària.
