If you want information and guidance on these rights, you can contact the Telematic Information and Guidance Service for Victims of Crime, which provides information, advice and guidance to people who are considered victims or are affected by a general crime and refers them to most appropriate resource, where applicable.
In addition, you can be attended in several languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, French, German or Arabic.
