Parties interested in investing in any industrial company experiencing difficulty can submit their details to the register. The aim is to put investors and companies in touch in order to discover new business opportunities and overcome the difficult situation.
A company is considered to be experiencing difficulty when according to the cooperation protocol of the commercial courts, a company is in a situation of insolvency, pre-insolvency or has a refinancing agreement; or in a process of generational change, reorientation of its business model, or seeking a partner.
This procedure can only be completed online. Any documents sent by another channel will not be considered or computed with regard to the submission date.

A company is considered to be experiencing difficulty when according to the cooperation protocol of the commercial courts, it is in a situation involving insolvency, pre-insolvency or has a refinancing agreement; or in a process of generational change, reorientation of the business model or searching for a partner.
How does the register work?
People interested in investing submit their details, using the form in 'Step 1. Application'. After the details have been submitted, the Sub-Directorate General for Industrial Investment will send reports on companies and production units that may be of interest to the investor.

When the form is sent, the person completing the procedure will receive confirmation of receipt and a copy of the form. At this point the Administration will consider the procedure to have been completed.
