ACCIÓ participates in 20 projects funded by the European Commission with the aim of improving internal services to strengthen the competitiveness of Catalan companies by promoting internationalization and innovation in our local business structure.
For years, ACCIÓ has been one of the regional public agencies for the promotion of business in Europe that has received the most funds from the European Commission, obtaining funding for more than 50% of the projects for which it applied.
The projects in which ACCIÓ participates are part of the following programs (budget period 2021-2027):

The EU's main funding program for research and innovation, with a budget of €95.5 billion (3 projects: RETRIEVE, PRECISEU. Finished projects: RInnoValleys).

It is the EU's €4.2 billion funding program to help the single market reach its full potential and ensure Europe's recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic (1 project: CATCIM 22-25. Finished projects: ATLAS).

EU funding program to help businesses, public administrations and citizens adopt new digital technologies (1 project: DIH4CAT).

Cascade funding, also known as Financial Support for Third Parties (FSTP), is a Commission mechanism to distribute public funding in order to assist beneficiaries in the uptake or development of digital innovation. It also starts from an ongoing project on which these beneficiaries can be added during the course of the project (2 projects: EEN2EIC, AIRISE Ambassadors).

A Program that contributes to the systemic transformation of RIS3CAT 2030 for an industrial system with business models and value chains that generate economic, social and environmental value and that contribute to territorial balance by creating economic opportunities and jobs of quality (1 project: MDO RIS3CAT – ACCIÓ).
