Who is it for?

Awareness module

The Open Innovation Sprint program’s awareness module consists of six four-hour group sessions spread over three months, to make it easier to attend and absorb the content. The topics of the awareness module are as follows:

Introduction to open and disruptive innovation.
Business transformation and disruption methodologies.
Types and models of open innovation.
Legal and financial aspects of collaborations.
Connection with the innovation ecosystem.
Practical sessions, all of which work with real cases.

The sessions in the awareness module start on September 22.

Coaching module

The Open Innovation Sprint program also offers a personalized coaching module in which you can consolidate your company's collaborative innovation model. This module includes two workshops that specifically address topics discussed in the awareness sessions:

The company's present and future innovation and strategy challenges.
Business transformation and disruptive innovation methodologies.
Intrapreneurship.
Collaboration models used in open innovation.
Analysis of capabilities, available assets and prioritizing.
Communication channels and contact with the innovation ecosystem.

Who is it for?

The program Open Innovation Sprint is for innovation managers or the heads of operational departments at companies with the following characteristics:

Operational headquarters in Catalonia and more than 50 staff.
Turnover of more than 5 million euros.
Ambition to grow and transform by working with other agents of innovation.

The Open Innovation Sprint training program is coordinated and organized by ACCIÓ and is taught by IQS (Universitat Ramon Llull).
