The Catalonia Trade & Investment Office in Panama is directed by Antoni Pujol. He is an expert in economics, finance and international public procurement and has worked both in the fields of business exporting and in projects with multilateral organizations and international financial institutions, especially in Central and South America.
The Catalonia Trade & Investment Office in Panama is one of its most recent additions. It opened in 2015 both to help Catalan companies to take advantage of the peculiarities of the Panamanian enclave and to provide closer access to other Central American markets such as Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.
In the short time it has been operating, the International Office of Catalonia in Panama has worked on some eighty projects in all kinds of industries and has prepared a series of missions for Catalan companies.
