CICAT targets all stakeholders in the lighting value chain: manufacturers, designers, endorsers, technicians, etc. Its mission is to help enhance the competitiveness of the lighting sector so it can successfully deal with the momentous changes affecting it.
The cluster focuses its efforts on improving the competitiveness and momentum of RDi in the field of lighting as a high-tech business that helps to improve people’s quality of life and to promote energy efficiency.
