The Beauty Expansion service in China consists of four stages:

1. Training: Through five sessions with specialised experts, your company will have access to training on the main aspects that must be taken into account to understand the Cross-Border e-commerce (CBEC) channel.
2. Feasibility: Assessment of the feasibility of your brand's entry into the Chinese market through the CBEC channel. Aimed at companies that do not yet have a stable presence in the country, but have already established contacts in the market. Total: 80 hours.
3. Market access: Distributor search service on the CBEC channel once the training and feasibility stage has been completed. The total number of hours will depend on the company’s needs.
4. Support by Chinese business partner. The service provides support for companies that are already working in the Chinese online market, but have not yet achieved their goals in the market. Total: 80 hours.

The Digital Health and Medtech Expansion service in Europe offers you individualized advice and support in accessing the German, French and UK healthcare markets.

The service consists of two distinct stages for each country:

Strategic advice: In this first stage, the company will receive personalized advice to understand the healthcare system's operation and define its market access strategy, with the support of specialized consulting firms in the sector and the involvement of ACCIÓ's Foreign Offices.

Market access: Companies that have already defined a strategy in the previous stage will have the support of ACCIÓ’s Foreign Offices to identify and contact the main players in each market, i.e. customers, distributors, or other business partners. 

The Digital Health and Medtech Expansion service in Europe is aimed at the following types of companies:

• Companies in the digital health and medical devices sector.
• With an innovative value proposition in the healthcare sector in Europe.
• Preferably, with previous export experience (at least one international market) and a minimum turnover of 100,000 euros.

Participating companies will have to bear part of the cost of the service, which is subsidized by ACCIÓ and the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).

Although this service is limited to 10 companies per market, all submitted applications will be considered. Local consulting firms collaborating on the program will participate in their selection.

The International Food Retail Expansion service consists of two major work stages:

• Product validation and market entry strategy: In this first stage, the company will receive customized information on competitors, operation, or the key certifications it needs. Moreover, the product will be tested with local consumers to analyze its potential and possible adaptations.
• Contact with buyers. A list of potential local buyers will be drawn up for each company, chosen according to the company's profile and potential, in order to exploit potential business relationships.

This service relies on the collaboration of professionals and specialized companies in each country and on the support of ACCIÓ's Foreign Offices in London and Paris.
